ECUHELP KT200II Offline Software Installation Guide

Insert the gray dongle, then install the setup file (KT200II Offline Setup).

Copy all files from the “TO USE” folder to C:\KT200II offline USER.

Insert the white dongle and run the KT200II offline software (during the first run, an internet connection is required).
For the software files, copy them from the gray dongle or download them from ECUHelpShop by visiting the Download tab (disable the firewall and antivirus before downloading).
Make sure to install the online software first. This helps confirm that your device is the full version and ensures there are no issues with the computer. If the online version opens correctly, the offline version should also run successfully.
Question: I installed the KT200II software on Windows 10, but the application does not start.
Answer: Install the USB driver included in the installation package. Restart the computer, disable Windows Defender and the firewall, then connect the device to the USB port and power it on. Open the application and wait — it may take up to one minute to connect to the server.
