Refund Policy

Understanding our refund and return process for your peace of mind

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation is required for all refunds. Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including: gift cards, downloadable software products, perishable goods such as food or flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale or clearance items may have different return policies as specified at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team through our contact page or email us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, damaged items not caused by our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you receive a partial refund, we will notify you of the amount and the reason for the partial refund.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team. For exchanges due to size or color preferences, you may need to process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. In cases of damaged or defective items, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details.

11. International Returns

For international orders, please note that return shipping costs may be higher, and you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on the original shipment. These charges are non-refundable. International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times and customs clearance.

12. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer. Items returned without authorization, after the 30-day return period, or without proof of purchase may not be eligible for refunds. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse service or limit returns.

13. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy after receiving it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
