Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes. It does not cover damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product documentation, or damage caused by service performed by unauthorized service providers. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic, is not covered unless it affects the functionality of the product. Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (such as batteries), and products with removed or defaced serial numbers are also not covered.
Some products sold on our website are manufactured by third parties and come with the manufacturer's warranty rather than our own. In these cases, the manufacturer's warranty terms apply, and any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. We will provide manufacturer contact information and assist you in initiating warranty claims where possible, but we are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty service or decisions.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other economic losses arising from the use of or inability to use the product.
Digital products and software are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that digital products will be error-free or uninterrupted. However, if a digital product is materially different from its description or is defective, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
