The GODIAG GT106 PLUS 24V to 12V Heavy Duty Truck Adapter is a power module converter designed for truck diagnostics. It steps down the 24V truck diagnostic interface to 12V, ensuring compatibility with devices such as X431 Easydiag 3.0/2.0, Golo Carcare 3, ICARSCAN, ThinkCar, Thinkdiag, Thinkdriver, and others.
In addition to voltage conversion, the GT106 PLUS supports fuel injector cleaning and testing, as well as relay testing for both heavy-duty trucks and cars. It also converts the 24V K-Line communication protocol used in trucks to 12V K-Line, allowing LAUNCH diagnostic equipment to be used safely without risking damage to the 12V diagnostic head.

Notice: This package includes the GT106 24V to 12V adapter only. Truck and heavy-duty vehicle diagnostic software must be purchased separately.
When a vehicle’s headlights, turn signals, horn, or engine starter fail to work and the components are confirmed to be functional, the issue may lie in the relay switch.
With the GODIAG GT106 PLUS, simply remove the relay from the vehicle and connect it to the adapter for quick testing, ensuring accurate fault detection for both cars and heavy-duty trucks.


If a vehicle shows starting issues, poor acceleration, or high fuel consumption, the fuel injector should be inspected.
Using the GODIAG GT106 PLUS, the injector can be tested by driving it to open and close:
If the ammeter shows normal values and the injector responds correctly, it is working properly.
If values are abnormal or there is no response, the injector is faulty and requires replacement.
Note: For trucks, use a 24V 8A power supply when testing injectors. Test duration should not exceed 120 seconds.


When a fuel injector becomes blocked with carbon deposits or sticky residues, the fuel spray is uneven, and the proper injection volume or atomization effect cannot be achieved. In this case, the injector must be cleaned.
Steps for Cleaning:
Prepare a fuel injector cleaner pressurized can or carburetor cleaner pressurized can (nozzle diameter: 4mm).
Hold the manual cleaning tool firmly, securing the fuel injector with your fingers to prevent it from being dislodged by the cleaner pressure.
Take safety precautions: cleaning fluid can be harmful, and the cans are highly flammable. Avoid open flames and work in a well-ventilated area to safely discharge cleaning liquid.
Note: Fuel injector cleaning requires an extension cord and a bottle of cleaning agent, which must be purchased separately.
