When this malfunction occurs, a new ELV steering column lock must typically be installed and programmed to the vehicle. This emulator provides an alternative solution by capturing the necessary data from the existing CEM (Central Electronic Module) and SCL communication.

Installation Overview:

4. After connection, insert the key in the ignition. The emulator will light green.

5. When the emulator lights green, the synchronization code is saved in the emulator.

6. Unplug all connections (red, green, and black wires).

7. Finally, connect the emulator into the steering lock plug.
