Yanhua ACDP BDC2 Key Learning Bench Platform – BMW G Series AKL, License A504

Overview

The Yanhua BDC2 Key Learning Bench Platform is a professional bench solution built for advanced BMW FEM/BDC2 system programming. Compatible with Yanhua ACDP Module 38, it enables secure off-vehicle key learning, diagnostics, and module testing for BMW F and G series models — without requiring the BDC2 module to be installed in the vehicle.

BDC2 IMMO Test Platform Functions

1. Includes BDC2 All Keys Lost authorization A504, working in conjunction with ACDP Module 38
2. Supports BDC2 key learning on the bench — no need to reinstall the BDC2 module back into the vehicle
3. Tests the key emergency function to confirm whether the key can activate the ignition and verify successful key learning
4. Supports connection of smart antennas and remote control receivers for testing key remote control and keyless entry functions
5. Supports connection of BDC2 instrument and DME modules

Yanhua ACDP BDC2 All Keys Lost Full Package Includes

1. ACDP Host (ACDP-1 or ACDP-2 Master)
2. ACDP Module 38
3. ACDP ISN Module 3 (for reading and writing ISN — not required if another tool is available for BMW DME ISN read/write)
4. B48 Interface Board (required when backing up EEPROM data)
5. BDC2 Key Learning Bench Platform with AKL License A504 (requires ACDP Module 38)

Important Notes

1. All items listed above are required for BMW G-Chassis BDC2 All Keys Lost programming. Existing ACDP users only need to purchase items they don't already have; new users will need the complete set.
2. If you already have a device capable of reading and writing BMW DME ISN, ACDP Module 3 and the B48 Interface Board are not required.

Risk Warnings

1. The All Keys Lost function is an emergency solution only and will affect BMW dealer service capability. Please review and acknowledge this before use.
2. This function will modify the vehicle's original IMMO data. To restore the original IMMO information in the future, a new key must be ordered from a BMW dealer, followed by IMMO restoration using the ACDP.
3. This All Keys Lost function is not compatible with BDC2 electric or hybrid vehicles

How to Access the All Keys Lost Menu in the ACDP App

Navigate to: BMW → FEM/BDC → IMMO/Mileage → BDC2 ICP + OBD (F/G Chassis) → Add Key (All Keys Lost)

BMW BDC2 All Keys Lost Procedure

Step 1 – Backup Coding Data
Use Yanhua ACDP Module 3 and the B48 Interface Board to back up EEPROM data.

Step 2 – Backup FAFP Data
Back up all FAFP data before proceeding.

Step 3 – Write IMMO Data
Write the IMMO data to the module.

Step 4 – Write Coding Data
Write the coding data back to the module.

Step 5 – Make Dealer Key
After the dealer key is produced, turn on the ignition to perform key matching.

Step 6 – Write DME ISN
Verify that the key can start the vehicle normally before proceeding to the next step.

Step 7 – Reset EGS EWS
Turn on the ignition without starting the engine to complete the EGS EWS reset.

Once all steps are complete, start the engine — both the key and vehicle should now be functioning correctly.
