Xhorse XD8ASKGL Toyota 8A Smart Key Adapter for All Key Lost work with Key Tool Plus / Key Tool MIDI

The new XM38 Toyota smart key for adding keys in all-key-lost situations requires data collection and calculation. Now, with the VVDI Key Tool Plus, you can connect to the Internet to process this data and generate keys. The original OBD 8A adapter cannot perform this function; the new Xhorse 8A Smart Key Adapter is required.

The TOY8A AKL Adapter (Smart Key) is designed to provide a simple solution for Toyota vehicles. With this adapter, a PIN code is no longer needed, allowing users to easily perform all-key-lost procedures or add a new key.

The Xhorse XD8ASK Toyota 8A Smart Key Adapter consists of two components: a transfer adapter and cables. The smart authentication unit (89990) on new Toyota smart keys has two types of plugs, so the adapter includes TOY-C1 and TOY-C2 connectors. Compared with the car’s IMMO box (ID code box), the smart authentication unit is easier to locate and operate. This simplifies key addition, avoiding complicated operations and disassembly.
